Come as you are.
Therapy that makes room for all of you.
While I call the Waterloo Region home, I work with clients all across Ontario through telehealth and walk and talk sessions held in person on local trails, in parks, and a variety of outdoor spaces. For more information about this offering, please contact me using my contact form below.
Most insurance plans provide coverage for psychotherapy provided by registered social workers, and I offer a free 20-minute consultation so you can get a feel for how I work. Sessions are 55 minutes long, and scheduled at times that work for you, including evenings and weekends.
I practice from an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and neuro-affirming lens, offering practical support and a calm space to move forward at your own pace.

Individual Therapy
Session Fee $155
I offer individual therapy for people who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, burned out, or unsure how to move forward. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, parenting stress, big life changes, or just trying to make sense of things, we’ll work together to understand what’s going on and figure out what helps. Sessions are paced to support your nervous system, your values, and your real life.

Couples Therapy
Session Fee $165
I work with couples of all genders and relationship structures who are feeling stuck, disconnected, or caught in the same arguments on repeat. Whether you’re navigating parenting, rebuilding trust, or just trying to feel like a team again, I can help you slow things down, understand what’s really going on, and find your way back to each other-if that’s where you want to go.

ADHD Coaching
Session Fee $155
I work with people who are navigating life with ADHD, whether that means trouble with focus, follow-through, emotional overwhelm, or all of the above. These sessions blend therapy and strategy. We’ll look at the guilt and self-doubt that often come with ADHD, and also build practical tools that work with your brain, not against it.
Therapist Reflections.
Personal reflections, stories, insights, and support for fellow parents, neurodivergent folks, and anyone else trying to make sense of their inner world. I write the way I show up in therapy: with care, curiosity, and a commitment to keeping it real.
Client Reflections.
Therapy is deeply personal, but sometimes it helps to hear from others who’ve been there too. Shared with care and consent 🎔

“It’s the first time I’ve felt truly understood. I feel like I’m learning to trust myself more and speak without editing every word.”
— Individual therapy client

“I’ve been to therapy before, but this was the first time I didn’t feel like I had to perform. It feels like I’m finally moving forward, not just managing.”
—Individual therapy client

“I kept waiting for the moment I’d feel judged or misunderstood. It never came. I’ve felt safe saying things here I’ve never said out loud to anyone.”
