What is your approach to couples therapy?
I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which is a gold-standard, research-based approach to relationship healing. Instead of just teaching ‘communication tips’ that often fail in the heat of the moment, EFT helps us identify the deeper emotional patterns and attachment needs underneath the conflict. We work together to de-escalate the ‘cycle’ of arguing and build a secure, lasting bond where both partners feel safe and valued
